Well made product, perfect way to attach that front license plate and some lights. The tension on the "flip up" part so you can access the winch is nice, no sloppiness. If it remains that way, I would rate this as an excellent product and well worth the money. The portion for mounting lights has multiple points for mounting, so you should be able to find what you need. I would definitely recommend this if you need a way to mount a plate, and lights.
