This part will complete the black out of the rear of your FJ Cruiser. This is the part that is between the two rear end caps. This is part is black OEM and not painted.

This FJ in the picture above doesn't have the factory hitch. The only way to get a black valance with the notch cut out is to order part number PT228-35110. Which includes a hitch AND the black valance with a notch. They are not available separately.
